Perched above the surrounding homes, this estate commands a view over the Beverly Hills canyons, while still maintaining privacy and seclusion.

the existing home had elegant mid-century bones, but was in need of updating.  Both in aesthetics and in lifestyle, the home needed to be brought up to date.

In order to capitalize on views, a new primary suite was added as a new second floor to the home.  With a terrace running the length of the suite, the open plan bathroom and closet restore the luxury that was lacking.  Rounding out the property, a screening room, fitness room, and new motorcourt and parking structure were added as well.

Both exterior and interior received a new face lift, clad in gleaming chrome, glass, and marble.  The remodeled estate maintains the mid-century heart of the home, while bringing a new sense of luxury and glamour.
