When our clients purchased this property, the existing home was desperately in need of updating and repair.  The existing layout was inconsistent, and did not capitalize on the sweeping canyon views nor existing yard areas and mature pines.

We chose to essentially wipe the interior of the home, enclosing a few small wasted areas, and create an entirely new floor plan for the home.  The resulting layout makes efficient use of the existing square footage, and focuses main living areas to either open the view, or on to exterior living spaces.
