Ryan Perella

Ryan Perella received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001. After relocating to California in 2002, he worked with several high-end residential design firms, building a strong foundation in custom residential architecture and construction. In 2007, he opened a design-build practice, followed by the founding of Perella Architecture, Inc. in 2016.

With experience overseeing both the design and construction of a wide range of residential projects, Ryan brings a comprehensive understanding of the building process in Southern California. His background allows him to approach each project with both creativity and practicality, balancing architectural vision with the realities of budget, permitting, construction, and long-term livability.
