Our clients needed to expand their home for the growing family.  Presented with the challenge of a small lot, we chose to add a second floor, which had the added bonus of capturing sweeping views.

Such a major structural change to the home gave us the opportunity to rethink the existing first floor layout.  We created a more efficient floor plan, with open space flow between the main living spaces.  An existing interior courtyard was enclosed and covered with skylights, and the living room wall was completely replaced with fold away doors.  The new home layout, finished in warm and bright tones, provides a home that meets their family needs in a comfortable and stylish fashion.
